Fitness Gram Post Test

Earlier in this semester I participated in the Fitness Gram Assessment. Today, after about two months of exercising, we took a post test. I was surprised with my results. I improved in almost all areas. I did find it interesting, though that in the shoulder stretch test my results were lower. I will assume that this is because I was sore from my workout yesterday.
But over the past two months, while I was exercising and being active, I wasn't "training" for the Fitness Gram. So it was nice to see just that I have been getting better and stronger without really knowing it. Even when you're not intentionally trying, you're improving.

  1. Congratulations Tara! That's awesome that you are improving your physical fitness, even with how busy you are and having to drive 45 minutes everyday! Keep up the good work and I'm sure you will improve even more!!!
